I didn't make the connection to the real estate site until you pointed it out and I read the description on his SEO training and consulting site. I guess I have more work to do than I first thought. When his site drops from the serp's the top spot will probably be either his new site or ThisIsIniquitous as I noticed you've targeted the same phrase in your anchor text. I'm not really out to compete in the space hard but rather looking to show local business owners who read this site that it is possible to compete in a competitive space when your new. He has held the number one position for awhile as an SEO in Denver and most recently switched his site to real estate. He is doing pretty well in that market as well. I think it will be another several months before his site drops from the SEO world because of all the backlinks he has with "Denver SEO" as anchor text. We have been working on this campaign part time and I can tell you it is a competitive market. I would be glad to help you though with some backlinks!
